　　1. Project overview:

　　1.1 total project investment: 250 million yuan;

　　1.2 construction site: guangzhou zengcheng economic and technological development zone;

　　1.3 contents and scope of the tender: civil works and steel structures for the construction of factory buildings, office buildings and supporting facilities of about 30,000 square meters (see the tender documents for details);

　　1.4 quality standard: reach the qualified grade of the current national standard;

　　2. Bidder qualification requirements:

　　2.1 it must have the status of an independent enterprise legal person of the People's Republic of China;

　　2.2 having the grade I qualification of professional contracting of steel structure engineering issued by the administrative department;

　　2.3 having the grade a qualification of special steel structure engineering design issued by the administrative department;

　　2.4 production safety license;

　　2.5 power of attorney from the legal representative (the only authorization for the project);

　　2.6 have the performance and work experience of similar projects;

　　2.7 the bidder must participate in the bid independently. The bid in the form of consortium is not accepted in this tender.

　　Bidders interested in participating in the registration and meeting the above qualification requirements shall provide A set of bound materials (color scanned copies), including A copy of business license of enterprise legal person; B. copy of qualification certificate c. production safety license; D. Power of attorney of the legal representative (original); E. Id card of the authorized representative (original); F. List of similar projects' performance and work experience, etc., and apply for preliminary examination with the above documents.
